Refunds

Shipping fees, handling fees, and any non-product service charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedures outlined in this policy.

Product Information
MGM-15 products should be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging. Returns or refunds cannot be granted for products that have been improperly stored, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
